Hello loves!! Who Wore It Better....... Beyonce' I give her props for trying to pull off a cut out dress while being only a few months pregooo! Her hair looks great!
Leighton Meester looks fabulous no accessories so she is letting the beauty of the dress shine!
So who wore it better?? I really like both of them so they both win for me!
